How to get a certificate from an employee?

You can retrieve certificates in two ways.

In your employees' profile, you will find their personal information, in addition to their assigned courses. When one of these courses is completed, the certificate will be available for download.
Also, you will find an employee's attestation in the details of a broadcast. To do so, you must select the course in the list of delivered courses located in the Course Management page, then click on the relevant distribution course at the bottom of the page and a small diploma icon will be in the employee list table aligned with the employee's name.

How often should I renew the course?
